The Poster area is located in the Exhibition Area.
Each poster will be displayed for the entire duration of the congress. Posters have to be mounted on Thursday, April 28, between 08:30 and 11:00.
Please attach the poster to the board with the corresponding poster placement number (= publication number) and remove it on Saturday, April 30, between 15:30 and 18:00, otherwise the staff will dispose of it.
Tape for mounting the posters will be available in the Poster area. Please note that only this tape may be used for mounting posters to avoid damaging the panel surface.
As a poster author, please be present at your poster on Thursday and Friday between 13:45 – 14:15 to answer potential questions from congress delegates. The Question & Answer Time at the Scientific Poster Exhibition is officially announced in the programme.
The prizes for 3 best posters will be awarded to the winners at the Closing Ceremony, which takes place on Saturday, April 30, at 17:00.
Please note that award winners are required to be present at the ceremony in order to receive the prize.
